Armagh county is known as the Orchard of Ireland . It is also the centre of mythical Ireland, at the hilltop fort of Eamhain Macha . Armagh city is a few miles east of this fort (Navan Fort) . The city is home to two of Ireland's finest Cathedrals, a museum and the Planetarium . Other places of interest around the county include Gosford Castle and Forest Park, the National Trust properties The Argory and Ardress House, and the nature reserve at Oxford Island.
