Within walking distance from the park is the CastleWard mansion, a National Trust property, with restaurant, shop, Victorian laundry, wood and lakeside walks, formal garden and a restored cornmill . Approx. 200 metres from the caravan park is a bird hide overlooking the Strangford Lough wildfowl reserve .
This site can accommodate 28 touring vans and 20 tents . It is not open all year . A good park with a very relaxing atmosphere, close to Strangford village .
