This forest is on the Belleek to Kesh road approximately 6.5km from Belleek. It is one of Ireland's oldest forests in the forest is an ivy covered ruin of the 17th century castle. The forest sits on the edge of Lower Lough Erne and is an RSPB reserve with wildfowl hides along the trails. At the entrance is the Fiddler's Stone, a memorial to Denis McCabe who drown while playing the fiddle on a barge. It is suitable for wheelchair access.
There is free access to this forest at all times.
