Cuilcagh Mountain Park is a locally based conservation initiative, managed by Fermanagh District. The project is primarily for the conservation and restoration of damaged peatland on a 265 hectare area of Cuilcagh Mountain, 28 hectares of which are degraded cut-over bog. This area is home to several endangered species of birds and plants. Hill walking is available in the park, a full round trip via the mountain summit will take 6 - 7 hours to complete.
